  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Medium
  • Mix flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the egg, butter, oil, and milk.
  • Mix all the ingredients until a uniform dough forms that does not stick to your hands.
  • Make a ball with the dough and let it rest for 1 hour, covering it with a cloth dampened in hot water.
  • After the hour, and the dough has doubled in volume, roll it out with a rolling pin. Use a donut cutter to cut the dough (you can also cut them using a glass or a round tupperware, and for the center of the donuts, you can use a bottle cap).
  • Once the donuts are cut, let them rest for 30 minutes; while we wait, we can separate and crush the cookies. Then, separately mix the cookie filling with the cream cheese and only if desired, add a bit of powdered sugar.
  • Fry them for 1 to 1:30 minutes, flipping them a couple of times to puff them up evenly.
  • Let the donuts drain and cut them in half with a knife, then fill them with the already mixed cream cheese.
  • Cover the top with melted chocolate so that it acts as an adhesive and add the crushed cookie.
