  • 1/4 cups Carlota® Honey
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 2 cups icing sugar, for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Carlota® Honey, for the glaze
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons milk, for the glaze
  • Yellow dye, for the glaze
  • chocolate, melted

  • Place the paddle attachment on your mixer and mix the Miel Carlota®, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, egg, sour cream, butter, and vanilla.
  • Transfer the dough to greased and floured donut molds and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
  • For the glaze: mix the powdered sugar, Miel Carlota®, vanilla extract, milk, and yellow food coloring in a bowl.When the donuts are cool, dip them in the glaze and let dry.
  • Use the chocolate to draw the stripes, eyes, and antennas of the bee.
