In a bowl, add the flour and make a well in the center, add the yeast, milk, and a pinch of sugar.
Knead until a dough begins to form, add the remaining sugar, salt, room temperature butter, and eggs.
Knead well and let the dough rest for one hour in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 8mm thick, using a round cutter with a diameter of 4 cm to cut the dough, and in each circle, cut a circle in the center with a diameter of 1 cm.
Cover and let rest in a warm place for 2 hours. Fry in a pan with 3 cm of hot oil. Brown on both sides, remove and let drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
Coat the donuts in sugar.
