Easy and Affordable Carrot Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Sift the flour together with the baking soda in a bowl, then add the cinnamon and salt until integrated. Add the sugar and oil, mix and add the eggs one by one, the carrot and the Granvita® Granola with Fruits until completely integrated.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased rectangular baking dish. Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
  • While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting. Cream the butter and cream cheese in a bowl with the help of a balloon or silicone spatula, then add the lemon juice, the icing sugar and incorporate until integrated.
  • Spread the carrot cake with the bitumen, decorate with grated carrot and with Granvita® Granola With Fruits.
