1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
190 grams cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups sugar, for the caramel

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Add the eggs one by one, then the cream cheese bar.
Slowly caramelize the sugar until it is completely liquid.
Add the caramel to the mold, wait for it to dry, and then add the egg mixture.
Bake the flan in a water bath for 1 hour or until it is ready.
Let it cool and unmold. Serve cold.
