Easy Cheese Flan

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, for the caramel

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Whisk together the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Add the eggs one by one, then the cream cheese bar.
  • Slowly caramelize the sugar until it is completely liquid.
  • Add the caramel to the mold, wait for it to dry, and then add the egg mixture.
  • Bake the flan in a water bath for 1 hour or until it is ready.
  • Let it cool and unmold. Serve cold.
