This recipe is a delight, and it is very economical and easy to make... I particularly enjoy it a lot and it’s excellent to accompany with chocolate or coffee. Enjoy the cinnamon rolls.
Warm the milk and add the yeast, letting it start to activate.
Melt the butter, and mix it with the flour, egg, sugar, salt, and the milk with the yeast, until a dough forms that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Let it rest in a bowl until it rises. Once risen, roll it out with a rolling pin. Spread the filling butter on top, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up the dough and cut it.
On a baking tray lined with paper, place the rolls, and let them ferment for another 30 minutes. Finally, brush with an egg and sprinkle sugar on top. Now bake in the oven at 220 °C for about 10 minutes.
