  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 80 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 67 grams sugar
  • 500 grams flour
  • salt
  • 75 grams butter
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons sugar


Templamos (Warm) the milk and add the yeast, letting it start to act.
Melt the butter, and mix together with the flour, egg, sugar, salt, and milk with the yeast, to form a dough that does not stick to our hands.
Let it sit in a bowl until light. Once raised, we stretch it with the help of a rolling pin. And spread out the butter of the filling, and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough and cut it.
In a baking tray with paper we are placing the rolls, and let them ferment 30 minutes more. Finally we paint with an egg and sprinkle sugar on top. Now we cook in the oven at 220 ° C for about 10 minutes.


Accompany with a cup of hot chocolate or hot coffee.


Cut into slices of approximately 5 cm so that it is smooth since very thin it can be roasted.
