1 cup almonds
2 cups flour
135 grams unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Soak the almonds in hot water, peel them, set aside a few, and blend the rest with a little water.
Beat the butter to soften it. Sift the flour, make a well in the center, add the butter and the blended almonds, and mix with your hands.
Add the cocoa powder, egg white, and sugar. Keep beating.
Grease a baking sheet. Pour the dough into a piping bag, squeeze, and form the cookies. Decorate with almonds.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Let cool and enjoy.
