In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, baking powder, and salt, stir and set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the sugar, yogurt, egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir until a smooth mixture forms. Add to the mixture from the other bowl and mix until there are no lumps, then fold in the blueberries.
Grease two baking sheets with butter and place the dough in flattened balls with approximately 3 centimeters of space between each, sprinkle each with a little powdered sugar.
Bake them for about 12 minutes. Transfer the cookies to another plate to cool before serving.
