100 grams low fat butter, in cubes, at room temperature
1/3 cups sweetener
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder, sifted
1 cup Rabbits®, in small pieces

Cream the butter in an electric mixer with a paddle attachment. Once you achieve a creamy consistency, add the sugar and mix until fully integrated.
Add the eggs one by one, the vanilla extract, the flour, and the baking powder. Beat for 5 minutes or until well combined and you obtain a smooth and firm dough. Finally, add the Conejos® and mix.
Wrap the cookie dough in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
On a previously greased and floured baking tray, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Then, cut the cookies with a circular cutter. Remove the excess dough and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Once the cookies come out of the oven, place the Conejos® in the center so that they appear lying down.
Place the bunny cookies on a rack and serve with milk or your preferred hot or cold drink.
