Cream the butter in an electric mixer with a paddle attachment. Once you achieve a creamy consistency, add the sugar and mix until fully integrated. Add the eggs one by one, the vanilla extract, the flour, and the baking powder. Beat for 5 minutes or until well combined and you obtain a smooth and firm dough. Finally, add the Conejos® and mix.
