Preheat the oven to 180ºC and prepare the baking trays with parchment paper.
Mix the flour, sugar, butter, and salt in a food processor.
Using a fork or whisk, mix the egg yolks and vanilla. Add the flour mixture to make the dough in the processor.
Transfer the dough to a flat, floured surface and shape it with your hands into a ball of dough.
Using a floured rolling pin, flatten the dough.
Cut the cookies into heart shapes.
Transfer the cookies to the baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. (Cooking time depends on the thickness of the cookies, it is important to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn).
Serve the cookies with mini marshmallows.
