Raspberry Cookies

Prepare these delicious Christmas butter and raspberry cookies. They have a delightful flavor, a crunchy exterior, and a soft interior. They are shaped like a poinsettia, which adds a special touch.

  • 3/4 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 box flavored gelatin dessert, raspberry
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • nonpareil sprinkles, golden, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Combine the sugar with the butter, vanilla, and egg. Beat until everything is well incorporated.
  • Add the package of raspberry gelatin and the flour.
  • Form equal-sized balls.
  • Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Carefully roll out the dough and using a cookie cutter, cut out the flowers.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 180°C for 9-11 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Sprinkle the yellow colored chips in the center of each flower.
