180 grams butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted, baked until golden
1/2 cups icing sugar, or calorie-free sweetener

First, bake the flour on a baking sheet until golden (this may take about 15 to 20 minutes) and wait for it to cool.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, and butter (you can use a mixer at medium speed) and wait until a consistent, non-lumpy dough forms.
Flour a work surface to roll out the dough with a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees until golden.
Let cool and it's ready.
You can dust the cookies with powdered sugar mixed with ground cinnamon to give it a different touch.
