Chocolate and Sesame Cookies

  • 8 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups chocolate, candied
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups sesame seeds

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Place the butter in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 40 seconds or until melted.
  • Pour the white and brown sugar, and butter into the Evenflo Advance® blender container. Turn the base of the blender. Place the blender container and turn it clockwise. Press the power button and blend for 1 minute. Remove the lid and add the other ingredients. Blend for 1 minute.
  • Place the mixture on non-stick paper and add the chocolate chips, candied chocolate, and sesame. Close the plastic to form a ball. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and form small balls with the dough, placing them on a silicone mat, ensuring they are spaced 5 centimeters apart.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Allow to cool.
