The Chocolate and Sesame Seed Cookies is a very simple, economical and delicious recipe. The use of sesame in these cookies, promotes the increase in milk production, being beneficial for your child.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups refined sugar
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups White flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups chocolate, confit
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cups sesame seed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the butter in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 40 seconds or until melted.
Pour the butter, white and brown sugar into the container of the Evenflo Advance® blender. Turn the base of the blender. Place the container of the blender and turn it in the sense of the hands of the clock. Press the power button and blend for 1 minute. Remove the lid and add the other ingredients. Beat for 1 minute.
Place the mixture on non-stick paper and add chocolate chips, candied chocolate and sesame seeds. Close the plastic to form a ball. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and form balls with the dough, place them on a silicone mat, look for them to be separated by 5 centimeters.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes. Allow them to cool.
