Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs (graham).
Spray a baking bowl with cooking spray and place the mixture in the medium bowl, pressing the cookie crumbs down to create a thick layer of cookie at the bottom of the pan.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cookie layer.
Sprinkle the oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, nut flakes, and almond flakes evenly over the condensed milk and press gently.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the consistency until they are almost golden.
After about 15 minutes, spread the m&m's evenly over the mixture and let bake for the remainder of the time.
Once ready, cut into small squares or use a specific mold if available.
