1 cup raw sugar
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 pinch salt
1 cup chocolate chips, of good quality

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the egg and sugar together until you achieve a frothy and thick consistency.
Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture.
Add the flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Place the dough by spoonfuls (one large spoonful for each cookie) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
