1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups oats
1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/4 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cups unsalted almonds, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Place a silicone mat on a baking sheet.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and oats in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla for 2 minutes on medium speed, stop the mixer once the mixture thickens and changes color.
With the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, then add the chocolate chips and almonds.
Using a spoon, form 5-centimeter balls on the silicone mat, ensuring each cookie is spaced 5 centimeters apart. Flatten them with a fork.
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Remove them from the mat and allow them to cool on a rack.
