Vanilla Cookies with Chocolate Chips

These cookies are soft and are best enjoyed freshly made.

  • 100 grams unsalted margarine
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 70 grams Hershey Kisses chocolate
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Beat the margarine until creamy.
  • Add the sugar and vanilla, and mix very well until creamy.
  • Sift the flour and salt together separately, stir them, and mix them with the rest of the dough.
  • Add the chocolates. And mix well.
  • Grease a baking sheet and place tablespoons of the mixture on it, then bake in the oven at 175ºC for approximately 20 minutes, or until they start to brown.
