1 teaspoon liquid vanilla , for the gingerbread cookie
250 grams powdered sugar, for the frosting
15 grams meringue powder, for the frosting
25 milliliters water, for the frosting
1/2 lemons, its juice, for the frosting

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Cream the butter with the sugar until it whitens and softens.
Add the egg with the vanilla until fully combined.
Add the flour with the spices all at once until a dough forms without overworking it and refrigerate for approximately 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut the house using the
downloadable template
and place on a floured baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until evenly browned.
For the frosting, beat all the ingredients for 7 minutes until it thickens; divide the mixture and add the desired food coloring.
