  • 300 grams butter, (2 ½ cups) at room temperature
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 San Juan® eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • milk

  • In a bowl, soften the butter with a spatula or spoon and add the two cups of sugar; using a whisk, beat until any lumps are gone and it's perfectly integrated.
  • Add the pieces of Huevo San Juan® one by one, continue beating until incorporated, add vanilla extract, stir, and then add the flour; mix until you have a smooth dough. Finally, pour in the chocolate chips, mix, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Using your hands, form small balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 160 °C for 12 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Place the cookies in a deep plate and serve with milk.
