In a bowl, soften the butter with a spatula or spoon and add the two cups of sugar; using a whisk, beat until any lumps are gone and it's perfectly integrated. Add the pieces of Huevo San Juan® one by one, continue beating until incorporated, add vanilla extract, stir, and then add the flour; mix until you have a smooth dough. Finally, pour in the chocolate chips, mix, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
