Lemon Glazed Cookies

Delicious heart-shaped cookies with lemon glaze to delight your loved ones.

  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 60 grams icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams vegetable oil
  • 18 grams lime zest
  • 300 grams wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • icing, lemon, as needed

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until a smooth dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • With the cold dough, form balls of approximately 40 g. On a baking sheet, place a plastic cooking mat. On it, place the dough balls and flatten them with a glass. It is important to dip the glass in sugar beforehand to prevent the cookie from sticking. You can cut them into heart shapes if you prefer.
  • Bake the cookies at 170°C until they are cooked but not too browned. Dip in lemon glaze and you're done!
