Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies

Prepare these delicious and soft blueberry and oatmeal cookies. They are made with AdeS® Soya, which gives them a delightful flavor. They are very easy to make and have a delicious crunchy exterior but are soft inside. Make them for special occasions, and you'll surprise your guests.

  • 1/2 cups Ades® soy milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/8 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons lime zest
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Soften the margarine with the help of a spatula. Add the sugar and mix until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and AdeS® Soya. Beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking soda, lemon zest, blueberries, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the AdeS® Soya mixture and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  • Form balls with the help of two spoons and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
