Kinder® Chocolate Cookies

  • 35 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 195 grams icing sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 125 grams wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 50 milliliters milk, for the icing
  • 1 tablespoon water, for the icing
  • 7 Kinder® Chocolate

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C and place non-stick paper at the bottom of a baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Place the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat until smooth and creamy, then add the salt and the egg.
  • Place the previous mixture in a piping bag, form similar portions on the baking sheet, and bake the cookies for 20 minutes. Cool and set aside.
  • For the icing: add the remaining sugar to a bowl and add water until a homogeneous mixture forms, then place this mixture on the flat side of the cookies. Cool and set aside.
  • Melt the Kinder® Chocolate bars in a double boiler, cool slightly, and place it in a piping bag and start outlining the basic shape of a soccer ball. Then, place small pieces of Kinder® Chocolate inside the pentagons. Chill the Kinder® Chocolate cookies for 15 minutes.
