Cream Cookies

This cream cookie recipe is very simple and delicious; you will see that everyone will enjoy it!

  • 400 grams flour, (preferably whole wheat)
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 grams raw sugar, (it can be regular sugar, but the flavor is better)
  • 1 cup clotted cream

  • Whip the cream with the sugar.
  • Add the egg yolks and enough flour to form a smooth dough.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin to about half a centimeter thick.
  • Cut the cookies into the desired shape and brush with egg.
  • Place them on the previously greased baking tray and bake at 300ºC until golden (approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the oven)
