400 grams flour, (preferably whole wheat)
6 egg yolks
150 grams raw sugar, (it can be regular sugar, but the flavor is better)
1 cup clotted cream

Whip the cream with the sugar.
Add the egg yolks and enough flour to form a smooth dough.
Roll out with a rolling pin to about half a centimeter thick.
Cut the cookies into the desired shape and brush with egg.
Place them on the previously greased baking tray and bake at 300ºC until golden (approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the oven)
