Ingredients

10 portions
  • 400 grams flour, (preferably integral)
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 grams raw sugar, (It may be normal sugar, but the taste is better)
  • 1 cup cream

Preparation

Beat the cream with the sugar.
Add the yolks and flour necessary to form a smooth paste.
Spread with the roller and leave about half a centimeter thick.
Cut the cookies the way you want and varnish with egg.
Place them in the previously greased tray and bake at 300ºC until golden brown (approximately 15 to 20 minutes, everything depends on the oven)

Voy a prepararlas, pero creó que falto decir que ka harina debe refrigerarse al menos 30 minutos
