Crescent Cookies

  • 180 grams margarine, with salt
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, or powdered
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnuts, crescent cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the sugar with the margarine and vanilla by hand.
  • Slowly add the sifted wheat flour and then the nuts, knead until consistent.
  • Form crescent shapes of approximately 6 centimeters.
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until they start to brown.
  • Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
