  • We mix the butter, sugar, egg, and teaspoon of salt.
  • We add the flour, brandy, and toasted bread crumbs.
  • We mix and preheat the oven to 250ºC, then we butter and flour a baking tray and spread the dough with a teaspoon.
  • We bake the cookies for 15 minutes, take them out and let them cool.
