1 cup flour , sifted
50 grams unsalted butter
1/3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
4 teaspoons brandy
breadcrumbs, toasted to taste
1 pinch cinnamon

We mix the butter, sugar, egg, and teaspoon of salt.
We add the flour, brandy, and toasted bread crumbs.
We mix and preheat the oven to 250ºC, then we butter and flour a baking tray and spread the dough with a teaspoon.
We bake the cookies for 15 minutes, take them out and let them cool.
