Heat the lard until it melts, then place it in the tray where you will knead and add the flour, beer, baking powder, and the tablespoon of sugar. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
Then, take small balls to roll them out with a rolling pin.
Once rolled out, fill them with pineapple jam to form the empanadita.
Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Arrange the empanaditas on greased and floured baking trays.
Place them in the oven at 150ºC for half an hour or until they are cooked.
