This cookie recipe is high in fiber for those who love desserts but don’t want to gain weight.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  • In a bowl, mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Place tablespoons of the mixture on previously greased baking sheets, leaving about 10 centimeters between each spoonful, and press down slightly with a damp hand.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool on a rack, and enjoy.
  • These cookies can be stored for about 5 days in a plastic container, sealed tightly.
