Ingredients

15 portions
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1/2 cups peanut, toasted
  • 1/2 cups wheat germ
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups wheat bran
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cups oil, edible
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
In a bowl mix the ingredients perfectly.
Place tablespoons of the previous mixture leaving about 10 centimeters between each tablespoon in trays previously greased and with the wet hand press a little.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Take them out of the oven, let cool in a rack and enjoy.
These cookies are stored for 5 days in a plastic mold, hermetically sealed.
