  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons REXAL® baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, 225 grams
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla D'Gari®
  • 4 tablespoons milk

  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and REXAL® baking powder until combined and set aside.
  • Using a stand mixer, mix butter, sugar, egg, and D'Gari®️ liquid vanilla until all ingredients are well combined. Add the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a flat surface using a rolling pin. Cut out several circles using a cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll out the second ball of dough on a flat surface with a rolling pin. Cut out several circles using a smaller cutter.Cover the chocolate-covered almonds with the small dough circles to form the top of the hat and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
  • Decorate the hat with colored vanilla frosting and icing.
