125 grams unsalted butter , or vegetable shortening
100 grams powdered sugar
200 grams flour
50 grams almonds, powder
10 milliliters liquid vanilla

Sift the powdered sugar and the flour.
In the mixer with the whisk, cream the butter with the powdered sugar.
Add the flour gradually, switch from the whisk to the paddle attachment.
Toast the almond flour and add it to the mixer along with the vanilla.
Form balls of the same size and place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 130° for 15 minutes.
