Jorayebas

The jorayebas recipe is for delicious almond cookies. They have a very subtle flavor but are very tasty, highly recommended.

  • Sift the powdered sugar and the flour.
  • In the mixer with the whisk, cream the butter with the powdered sugar.
  • Add the flour gradually, switch from the whisk to the paddle attachment.
  • Toast the almond flour and add it to the mixer along with the vanilla.
  • Form balls of the same size and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake at 130° for 15 minutes.
