  • Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease and flour the baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you obtain a creamy pale-colored dough.
  • In another bowl, mix the eggs with the vanilla and peach essence, then combine this mixture and mix everything very well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the pepper, salt, baking powder, and flour, then add this mixture and mix everything very well.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and divide it into 2 parts; refrigerate and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Then roll it out with a rolling pin on a very clean and cold surface with a little flour until you obtain a sheet 0.5 cm thick, and cut the cookies with different molds.
  • Place the dough on the pre-prepared baking sheet, leaving a space of 6 mm.
  • Optional: Add a little cinnamon and bake in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes until golden. Then remove and let cool on a rack until completely cool; they can be decorated or eaten.
  • For the frosting, put the sugar in a bowl and add very cold water to form a smooth paste, then add a few drops of lemon juice and divide into several containers. Add food coloring and mix very well.
  • Then use different piping bags to decorate the cookies, and you can also add edible sprinkles or chopped coconut.
