These delicious peach flavored cookies are perfect for any special occasion, just cut them with the shape you like the most and you will have an incredible recipe that everyone will love. Decorate them as you like.

Ingredients

36 portions
  • 175 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast powder
  • 400 grams wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 drop peach essence
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • to taste cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, black
  • 150 grams powdered sugar, for frosting
  • 1 a bit Water, cold, for frosting
  • enough vegetal color additive, for frosting
  • 1 lemon, for frosting

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease and flour the mold.
In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar until you get a mixture of creamy dough of pale color.
Apart in another container the eggs are mixed with the vanilla and peach essence then it is integrated and mixed very well.
Apart pepper, salt, yeast, and flour are mixed and added to the mixture and mixed very well.
The dough is wrapped in plastic film or transparent plastic kitchen and the dough is divided into 2 parts and brought to cool and rest for 1 hour.
Then it is stretched with a rolling pin on a very clean and cold surface with a little flour until a 0.5 cm high sheet is obtained and the cookies are cut with different molds.
It is accommodated in the cookie tray and previously a space of 6 mm is left.
Optional: They are placed a little cinnamon and put in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes until they brown. Then they are removed and left to cool. In a rack until they are completely cold can be decorated or eaten.
For the frosting we put the sugar and add the cold water to form a soft paste and add a few drops of juice or lemon juice and divide it into several containers. The dye is added and mixed very well.
Then put the different pastry sleeves, decorate the cookies and you can also add edible dragees or chopped coconut.

TIPS

If you're not going to eat them all that day, they can be stored in sealed tin jars or in cellophane bags.
