Sift the flour and make a well. Add the grated orange there.
Either with a mixer or with a spatula, cream the butter and slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, then the egg yolks. Once everything is well integrated, if you used a mixer, place it in the center of the flour well and gradually incorporate it. Similarly, continue integrating the flour.
Once the dough is ready, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes in a plastic bag.
Flour your work surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 centimeter thick and with a cookie cutter start cutting.
Repeat, flour your work surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 centimeter thick and with a cookie cutter start cutting, but with a smaller one in the middle you have to cut the same amount of cookies with and without a hole.
With the egg well beaten and a brush, brush the cookie without a hole on the top edge with egg and place the cookie with the hole on top, glaze it and add jam in the hole.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet, either greased or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes and done!
