  • In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Mix everything very well until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • Gently incorporate the oats, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  • Beat everything and form balls, flatten them with your hands.
  • Place them on a greased and floured baking tray.
  • Bake at moderate heat for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
