50 grams lard
2 eggs
2 cups oats
1/2 cups cornstarch
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch salt

In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix everything very well until you have a homogeneous dough.
Gently incorporate the oats, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Beat everything and form balls, flatten them with your hands.
Place them on a greased and floured baking tray.
Bake at moderate heat for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
