Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 3/4 cups oats
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 kilos butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

Soften the butter.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Add sugar.
Add oatmeal and walnut.
Add salt flour and carbonate.
Beat everything until it is firm and let stand for 1 or 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Make balls and crush them putting them in greased and floured trays.
Bake for 12 minutes.

TIPS

Store them in a sealed container so that they remain crispy.
