Peanut Butter Cookie in Skillet

  • 1 stick butter, (90 g)
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 balls vanilla ice cream, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Cream the butter with the two sugars.
  • Add the vanilla, peanut butter, and egg, and beat until incorporated.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and add to the butter mixture until well combined.
  • Mix the chocolate chips with the dough.
  • Grease a skillet or baking dish with cooking spray and place the cookie dough in it. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
