  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • In a bowl, beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Then, gradually add the flour and cocoa, continuing to mix. Next, incorporate the vanilla extract, baking powder, and red food coloring.Once you have a smooth and homogeneous dough, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the Kinder® Bueno into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out the cookies using a heart-shaped cutter and add a piece of Kinder® Bueno.Transfer the cookies to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 170 °C for 14 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
