These cookies have been a family tradition as they are addictive and delicious due to their rich flavor of chocolate, raisins, and nuts. They are perfect for sharing and pampering everyone at home. Make them, don’t wait any longer.
Grease and flour a baking tray approximately measuring 40 cm x 70 cm.
Add a tablespoon of flour to the chocolate, raisins, and nuts to prevent them from sticking to the dough. Place all the eggs in a bowl and beat with a whisk until pale.
Next, pour all the sugar into the eggs and mix.
Pour all the flour into the previous mixture. Incorporate until a smooth dough is formed.
Once everything is well incorporated, add the chopped nuts and mix gently.
Then add the raisins and nuts with gentle movements.
Finally, add the chocolate and incorporate it into the mixture.
Pour the mixture onto the baking tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the surface is slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately detach from the mold, cut into cubes. Approximately 150 cookies will come out (they are arranged in rows of 10x15 cubes).
Wait for them to cool and share with the family.
