Ingredients

150 portions
  • 8 eggs
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1/4 kilos walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 kilos raisin
  • 1/4 kilos chocolate, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease and flour a tray measuring approximately .40 cm x .70 cm.
Add a spoonful of flour in the chocolate, raisins and walnut to avoid sticking in the dough. Place all the eggs in a bowl and beat with a balloon until it whitens.
Immediately empty all the sugar to the eggs and mix.
Empty all the flour to the previous mixture. Add to make a soft dough.
Once everything is well incorporated add the nut and mix with enveloping movements.
Then add the raisins and nuts with enveloping movements.
Finally the chocolate is added and incorporated into the mixture.
Empty the mixture to the tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the surface is a little browned.
Remove from the oven and immediately take off the mold, part in cubes. Approximately 150 cookies come out, (they are rows of 10x15 cubes)
Wait for it to cool down and share with the family.

PRESENTATION

Accommodate them in a basket or platter.

TIPS

You must split them immediately, otherwise cold becomes difficult. You can also add blueberries in the same proportion. Delicious with a coffee!
