  • 500 grams wheat flour
  • 250 grams vegetable shortening
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • sugar, for sprinkling
  • cinnamon powder, for sprinkling

  • Beat the butter with a mixer until creamy.
  • Add the egg yolks and whole eggs one by one.
  • Sift the flour with the baking powder and sugar, and while continuing to mix, add it to the butter mixture until obtaining a smooth and soft dough.
  • Form balls with your hands and place them on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, and when you take them out of the oven, roll them in sugar and cinnamon.
