500 grams flour
300 grams butter
125 grams icing sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
vanilla essence

Cream the butter together with the sugar on a flat surface. Work the dough only with your fingers.
Add the eggs one by one, along with the salt and vanilla, and continue mixing slowly.
Gradually add the previously sifted flour until you have a non-sticky dough, and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, leaving it about 1 centimeter thick, and cut the cookies with your preferred cookie cutter.
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 180°C or until they look golden.
