A very easy recipe for making fast and delicious cookies. They are ideal and versatile because they can accompany tea time.

Ingredients

30 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 300 grams butter
  • 125 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • vanilla essence

Preparation

Spread the butter along with the sugar on a flat surface. Work the dough only with your fingers.
Add the eggs one by one, salt and vanilla and keep mixing slowly.
Add the previously sifted flour little by little, until you have a mass of non-sticky consistency, and let stand for 20 minutes approximately.
Spread the dough with the help of a rolling pin, leaving it with an approximate thickness of 1 centimeter and cut the cookies with the figure cutter of your choice.
Place the cookies on a greased tray and bake for 12 minutes at 180 ° C or until golden brown.

TIPS

If you prefer you can sprinkle with icing sugar, you just have to let it cool completely.

Hola Lesly, te recomendamos hornearlas de 10-12 minutos a 180°C o hasta que se vean doraditas, ten cuidado de que no se quemen. Si las preparas, compártenos tu foto.
