  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: oats, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the sugar with the oil, and gradually incorporate the mixture of dry ingredients. Add the vanilla extract, then add the chopped nuts and mix well.
  • Have the greased mold or parchment paper ready and place teaspoons of the obtained dough, ensuring to leave enough space between them so they can expand while baking.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at moderate temperature.
