  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • icing sugar, for decoration
  • mixed berries, for decoration

  • Cut the bagels into quarters and place them in a previously greased dish. Set aside.
  • Combine evaporated milk, heavy cream, condensed milk, egg, and vanilla in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the bagels.
  • Sprinkle the bagel pudding with chocolate chips and bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the pudding with powdered sugar and decorate with berries.
