Bananas with Cream and Peanut

Soft dessert of caramelized banana with cream cheese, accompanied by a peanut and cinnamon crumble with a hint of cardamom, drizzled with peanut butter sauce. Prepare these individual desserts and you will enjoy them immensely with whoever you share them with.

  • 1 cup wheat flour, for the crumble
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder, for the crumble
  • 1/2 sticks butter, (45 g) cut into small cubes, for the crumble
  • 1/4 cups peanuts, chopped, for the crumble
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, for the crumble
  • 3 bananas, for the banana cream
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, for the banana cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, for the banana cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the banana cream
  • 1 Reddi Wip® orignal, for the banana cream and cream cheese
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for the cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar, for the cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups peanut butter, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk, for the sauce
  • 1 banana, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • For the crumble, in a bowl mix the flour, ground cinnamon, using your fingertips, rub the butter with the dry ingredients until crumbs form. Add the peanuts and sugar until a dough forms.
  • Spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and crumble the cooled crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Wrap the bananas in aluminum foil with sugar, cinnamon, and butter, bake for 15 minutes until soft. Remove from the oven and blend well. In a bowl, mix what you blended with Reddi Wip Original® cream until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • In the mixer, cream the cream cheese with vanilla extract, refined sugar, and half a cup of Reddi Wip Original®, until you have a very creamy mixture.
  • Heat a pot over low heat, add the peanut butter and milk until you obtain a thick sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a glass cup, add the crumble as the base and use a piping bag to add the banana cream, then another piping bag for the cheese mixture until you have 3 layers. Add a slice of banana and a bit of peanut sauce. Enjoy.
